ABC offers a variety of classes to suit the needs of most patients. These classes provide accurate and up-to-date information to help your patients manage their diabetes.
Classes are appropriate for people who are newly diagnosed with diabetes as well as those who have had diabetes for many years.
Please note that each participant must register prior to class.
During the ABC Program, each participant receives her or his own patient education guide and blood glucose monitoring system. Participants are welcome to bring a guest.
ABC has contacts with most insurance companies, which pay for the cost of the ABC Diabetes Program.
Enrollment in the program is simple and can be done by fax or by phone.
